SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Luxterior Pty Ltd is an Australian-based business. We ship our products to Australian address from our warehouse located in Australia.
Note: since August 2022, we ship internationally to the following country: New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and United States. Shipping fee structure will be similar to Australian addresses, i.e. we will waive the shipping fee if the order value exceeds a threshold, otherwise, a flat fee will applied. (The threshold and flat fee will depend on the country).
Normally orders placed at luxterior.com.au will be processed within 1 business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, if your order is placed at 4pm on Friday, it will be processed by 4pm the next Monday.
We use Australian Post or Local couriers to make sure our products get delivered at your door as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of your order and the schedule of our couriers, it might take 1 to 3 days for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping fee:
- Australia: free for orders over AU$150, orders under AU$150 will incur a flat fee of AU$10.9 Australian wide.
- New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Canada: free for orders over AU$250, otherwise a flat fee of AU$16.9 will apply
It usually takes 3 to 10 business days for deliveries. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, this might take longer and you might be notified should your order be delayed. Should this happen, your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Each order will be dispatched with a tracking number that allows you to track your order in real-time on our website or on our courier’s tracking page.
If you realize that the address provided is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to divert the shipment if it hasn’t been dispatched. If it has already left our warehouse, Luxterior is not responsible for the package getting lost due to a mistaken address, therefore please take extra care to ensure you provide the correct address during checkout.
