RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for some reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase or simply change your mind, we’ve got your back. Products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date providing that the returned products are in unused, satisfactory conditions and in its original packaging.
Please email us via support@luxterior.com.au to lodge a return with your order number, we will take you through the return process. You are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our online store so ensure to take note of any return post tracking numbers as a reference.
Products returned with damages will not be eligible for a refund. Please take time to check the item(s) thoroughly and ship with proper protection.
Once your returned shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the package (this process usually takes 1 to 2 business days). If everything is satisfactory, we will notify you and initiate the refund process. It then takes 3 to 10 business days for your money to show in your account. This depends on your bank and we apologize if it takes longer than you expect.
Exchange is possible on our online store. Please return the item(s) that you don’t need and place a new order on our website for the different product(s) that you’d like.
